Operation Kids was established in Phnom Penh by Dr. Sheftall to provide free reconstructive surgery to any child who is the victim of a burn from any source: acid, boiling water, hot oil, open fire or any domestic accident. Operation Kids is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Since it's founding in 2001, Operation Kids has...

• performed over 170 free operations on burned or disfigured Vietnamese and Cambodian children of limited means


• trained numerous young surgeons in burn reconstruction
